      Stove Top: Place one cup of frozen cut spinach in 1 cup of boiling water. Cover and bring quickly to a second boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes or until desired tenderness. Drain carefully, season to taste, and serve. AVOID OVERCOOKING. Microwave: Place 1 cup of frozen cut spinach in a microwave-safe dish. Add 2 Tablespoons of water. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 6 to 8 minutes or until desired tenderness. Drain carefully, season to taste, and serve.
